User Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information and to evaluate any broker or advisor before engaging them. You are solely responsible for selecting and contracting with any professional we introduce you to.
No Obligation
Submitting the form does not create any obligation to hire a broker. The initial consultation is free. Any commission or fee arrangement is between you and the broker.
Limitation of Liability
Home Service Exit is not liable for the outcome of any broker relationship, sale, or transaction. Our liability is limited to the extent permitted by applicable law.
