Calling & Texting Consent (TCPA)

What you are consenting to

When you submit our broker matching form, you agree that Home Service Exit may contact you at the phone number and email address you provide about your inquiry — including by phone call and, if you check the SMS box, by text message. Consent to marketing texts is optional and is never a condition of using Home Service Exit or of being matched with a broker.

Who may contact you

Home Service Exit shares your submission with the specific independent broker or brokers we identify as a fit for your business so they can follow up with you directly. We do not sell your phone number to unrelated lead buyers, and we do not share it with a general marketing list. Each broker is responsible for its own communications and for honoring your opt-out requests.

Automated technology

Some calls or texts may be placed using automated telephone dialing systems or prerecorded or artificial voice messages. You are not required to agree to receive automated calls or texts as a condition of purchasing any goods or services.

How to revoke consent

You may revoke consent at any time, by any reasonable means. Reply STOP to any text message to stop texts, reply HELP for help, tell any caller to place you on their do-not-call list, or email privacy@isellright.com. We process revocations promptly and within 10 business days at the latest. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies.

Record of consent

We retain a record of each submission, including the date and time, the consent language displayed to you, and whether the optional SMS box was checked, so that consent can be verified.
